Outstanding Hotel customer service assisted me get a new key Once i requested for assistance. The breakfast and food items in general was excellent. Many of the staff members I contacted had been incredibly nice.

I have booked the room for 7 days with my fiance. Beds were being comfortable and the space was always pretty clean. Staff members have been really helpful and friendly and every day made us feel welcome. Rooms are large plus the closet. Bathroom was pretty clean and the shower was wonderful. Not an exceptionally social hotel however, maybe it was like this all along our stay.

If you are travelling to San Sebastián you should book a room here. The hotel looks like is recently renovated and the guest rooms are pretty nice. In general great quality and unique ambience.

Wonderful location, everything is nearby. Staff members are tremendous welcoming and well prepared and talk fantastic English. You will find activities each night time and it´s a fantastic way to socializing with persons. Rooms and amenities are ok and towels changed every single day. Only thing was my bed for being somewhat squeaky but that’s quite insignificant. Good quality for the price!
